Dana Mincey-Breaux is Managing Director of Fenix Capital. She is a U.S. Army Signal Corps veteran with 17 years of combined military and DoD program management experience. She holds an active TS/SCI clearance, PMP and CSM certifications, a Wharton Private Equity certificate, an M.A. from Freie Universität Berlin, and a B.S. from Florida A&M University. Dana has worked across CMMC compliance, DoD program management, and defense-adjacent supply chain infrastructure, and presented on diaspora investment and critical minerals topics at various forums and conferences.
